My work uses collective art-making methodologies, informed by the work of Etienne Wenger (1990), and enriched through storytelling as a transformative tool. Through this approach, I aim to shift individuals from states of isolation into connected, collaborative communities, reinvigorating communication, and strengthening wellbeing, memory, and shared cultural understanding.

I position art not merely as an aesthetic outcome, but as a critical process for thinking, remembering, and shaping culture, particularly within high-pressure and demanding work environments. In such contexts, collective creative engagement becomes especially powerful, offering a space for reflection, expression, and human connection.

My work seeks to guide individuals and organizations away from the isolating conditions of contemporary life toward more community-oriented cultures; from stress toward presence; and from purely individual expression toward shared meaning. The impact I strive to create is a deeply memorable and culturally resonant experience, one that enables workplaces and high-stress environments to reclaim storytelling, creativity, and connection as essential tools for resilience and collective identity.
